Hello!!

SO, I hope that everyone now has access to this little cheesy blog.
The family reunion was a great sucess, although we were missing most of the original and true cheesy cousins!
I'll post some pictures later today when I get home from school! and I am assuming that the Chris Howell family will have some of their own fun photos to post after their get together this weekend.

What a good idea! I have never blogged before so I hope I do okay at it. :)
Here is a pic of my hubs (he goes my Matt, Mattaroo, Matty, Hew, and his full name of Matthew) and I on our wedding which was over 4 months ago! thats crazy! and whats even crazier is that I still haven't got all the thank you notes out yet (dont worry though yours is in the works and if it has already arrived, well then I will give myself a pat on the back) So I am officially a married woman as well as a licensed cosmetologist as of June 6 and have assisted in several salons, but am still looking for a place I want to settle down in. On the side I am doing everyones hair I know and their little dogs too. I went home to Boise last week and permed Brysons hair, cut and highlighted my moms and cut and colored Megans before she went off to college. And I thought I was going home for a vacation! :) Also if any of you have future plans of going to Disneyland or California we live in Encino which is about 30-45 min away from the wonderful world of Disney and we do have a hide-a-bed that is hoping one day to be used.

What a great idea - thanks for taking the initiative Leisy! We had a great weekend, hiking and playing at the beach with our friends and sitting on the benches Derek made for his Eagle Scout project. Today we went to the "meet the teacher" thing at the school and it was SO hot and crowded and nutso that we came home for popsicles and a movie to wind down. Who knew back to school could be so crazy? Lydia's super excited, unlike the teenagers in the family, to start school in just two days!! Ok you guys for reals we have the coolest family in the whole entire world!! Leisy and I are just chillin at school... wow I never thought I'd be able to say that! So, this is the cheesy cousin blog! I really don't love the idea of the blog, I think even once I
vowed to never have one! However, I think it will be a lot easier and more fun to have a family website where we can read about each other, see pictures, and post our own family pictures and news for others to read!! I have sent you each an e-mail (which is hopefully how you all got here) on how to post and such. I'm still not a whiz at getting it all figured out, so if you all find anything exciting to add or do, let me know, or just make the changes! I'm really excited about it all! :)
